About me
Dr Magdalena Laabs has worked with machinery, production lines, plastics processing and recycling for more than 20 years. She specialises, among other areas, in the extrusion of film, pipes, profiles and sheets, plastics recycling, production process analysis, machinery selection and solving technological problems.
She has taken part in more than 200 projects, implementations and undertakings involving machinery and plastics processing technologies.
SIMP expert appraisal
Dr Magdalena Laabs is a certified expert of the Polish Association of Mechanical Engineers and Technicians – SIMP, No. 10172.

The qualifications are valid until 17 March 2031.
The scope of her expert work covers the assessment of technical issues concerning polymer materials, machinery, equipment and plastics processing processes.
Exfolmo
Exfolmo is an expert brand developed by Dr Magdalena Laabs, continuing the business started in 1988 by Maria Olesińska. Within Exfolmo, Dr Magdalena Laabs provides technology consulting for manufacturers of plastic products: colouring and modification of plastics, selection of dyes, colour masterbatches and additives, solving production problems and practical support for processing plants - from process analysis to implementation on the production floor.
ROLBATCH Academy
Dr Magdalena Laabs is the founder of ROLBATCH Academy – a platform offering practical courses and training on plastics processing, recycling, machinery, polymer materials and production technologies.
